If you are booking a standalone SEO service, then no - no design changes are made during the Squarespace SEO service. We might make some design recommendations (which would help make your site more user friendly and engaging).

When performed on a standard website (5 pages), it usually takes 4 days from the start date to complete the project. If your site has an unusual amount of image files, as in the case of photographers and interior designers, it could take a bit longer. If your website is large and you’d like the full site optimized, this can be done at an additional cost of $100/ standard page.

50% payment for our SEO Service is due upon booking, and 50% is due the week that I’ll perform the service.

First, you’ll need to fill out our intake form. Once you give me the green light, I’ll send over a contract and invoice to your email inbox. You’ll need to complete both of those before the project can be officially scheduled. Once those are both completed, I’ll add you to my calendar. If you haven’t already filled out the questionnaire, I’ll have you do that. You’ll also need to invite me as an Admin contributor to your site for the duration of the project. Then, on the start date, I’ll organize a Google Drive folder which will include the SEO doc I’ll be creating throughout the service as well as my Work Log so you can check in each day on my doings and progress.

Payment for SEO services on already existing Squarespace sites is due upfront to both schedule and perform the project. This is because you already own the website and therefore you inherently own the work as I perform it. Whereas a web design + SEO project requires a 50% deposit and the remaining balance is paid upon completion because I own the site until the final payment is received in that scenario.
