You’re responsible for:

We will provide suggestions of resources where you can purchase or download these documents.

These are the words and photos for your site - things like mission statement, service descriptions, bio, testimonials, etc. We provide comprehensive content planners for each page. These will walk you through what information needs to be provided,.

You’ll need to sourcing all photos and brand assets - this can be a mix of original and stock photography as needed. We provide guidance of best practices, and optimize all photos.

The cost of your domain, email, and Squarespace Business plan (Bonus! Your first year of domain and a business Google email is free with a new Squarespace plan! You will also receive 20% off your first year of Squarespace.

You’re responsible for the cost of any additional third-party apps needed for your site’s functionality. This could be things like online booking software, or specific app funcitonality that works alongside Squarespace.

You are responsible for setting up your social media accounts, email newsletter platform, direct booking software, etc. We will then connect or embed these to your account.

You’ll need some availability during our scheduled design week - we need you to be reasonably available to answer questions and make decisions as needed.
The One Week Website Timeline
STEP 1:
PRE-DEPARTURE PLANNING
Step 1 is all about gathering content and determining the strategy. Like any trip you go on, preparation is key!
Upon booking and paying your 33% deposit, I will perform a Site and Content Audit, which will give you some ideas based on best-practices on what we might want to update.
You’ll receive our Planning Guidebook*, which includes:
+ Web prep checklist & planning questionnaire
+ Brand & asset checklist + recommended resources
+ Strategy-driven, fill-in-the-blank content wireframe templates
+ 60 minute strategy kickoff call
**This stage is done on your own timeline, but we are available to answer questions. You have 3 months after signing your contract to gather the content and move onto Step 2.
With your content all prepped and submitted, you’ll choose your One Week Website timeslot once you’re ready to roll.

IT’S GO TIME!
One Week Website
Your second 33% payment is made prior to the start of the One Week Website chosen date.
